First of all, people giving this movie a 10. Explain what the
fuck your thinking.

Quickly moving on, here we have Erasus 2. The sequel to one of my
favorite CS:Source movies of all time. With so much hype behind
this, der4twu had some pressure trying to overcome the original.
In my opinion, he has not succeeded.

The frags I cannot complain about, they were top calibre vs top
US and EU teams.

The intro was pretty good, nothing new, however it still got me
hyped for the fragpart. Which may I add, I was thoroughly
disapointed with. Everything was too random, the editing style
has been changed, more complex and less pleasing to the eye with
(what it seems) random effects thrown in to complicate things
even further. All too often a lot of the frags flew by so
quickly, I had to go back to see what happened. This I did not
like, as the original was fast, smooth and had suttle effects but
still allowing you to see the quality frags throughout it all.

The sync was also very disapointing, it seemed as though it was
'the law' to sync every beat to every frag. Making the editing
look a complete mess at times. Not my cup of tea at all.

The colours were OK but were nothing new. Plus, although limited,
the colours in Erasus seemed to suit it much better.

About 3 minutes in I felt like I needed to turn it off.
Eventually I come to the outro, which (once again) was
disapointing to say the least. In the original the outro (in my
opinion) was its only flaw.

Overall a pretty average movie for me. Good luck in future
projects Der4twu.

As soon as I heard Erasus 2 was coming out, I really couldn't
wait. The massive success of Erasus made this a high anticipated
movie of 2009. Featuring once again some top frags of pro players
through Europe and USA made this movie really show the skill of
the best players out there. Then the editing was fast and you
could tell a lot of work and effort had been put into this.
Der4twu has really been ripping it up lately. All in all a
fantastic production that rivals some of the best Source movies.

Really good movie like always from der4twu. Top Players and no
cheated scenes. only the intro was too fast to me.

Well, to start off, congrats to der4twu on completing a sequel
to
Erasus! Gotta say I had multiple orgasms watching this movie.

First, in the beginning the intro was intensifying, which
helped set the mood for the rest of the movie. It went into the frag
scenes sort of in a sketchy way, but it worked out okay. The
song is pretty fast in the beginning, so der4twu synced it to the
best of his ability, but that risked the full effect of the frags.
The editing was great, but the frags got let down a bit. But since
the frags are from top players, they got to be good hehe. When
it got going, the song gradually slowed down giving the movie
maker more leverage on syncing while being able to show off the
frags. That part was done incredibly well, I must say.
Then, it got to the quiet part of the song. I was not too fond
of this part because it kind of just went through the frags with
the song, and there really wasn't much too watch. After that
little section, it got back into the great editing with the sweet
syncing and so forth. Then the credits/outro were pretty
decent, nothing spectacular.

Next, to talk about "Creativity" and that
stuff. Personally, creativity isn't that big of a point factor in
movies.
The overall for me is asking myself, "Was this movie enjoyable?".
So yes, this movie was enjoyable, but because there is no rating for
"enjoyability" I am just going to rate to rate it in the
creativity section. I have to say, though, that der4twu's ability
to sync so well is creative enough for me. It's his style and I
love it.

Finally, about the quality. I think the quality could have have
been better; but this doesn't mean it wasn't good. Just saying it
could have been better, but every movie can always have better
quality so I'm not going to down rate for that. I thought the
colours fit well with the movie, but in some parts the
bluish-green gradient didn't really fit with the map.
Nonetheless, I think these colours were quite nice and"fresh".

Overall, great movie by der4twu, I think this movie was better
than the first Erasus, and I think the remix of Erasus was
hellllaaaa dank! Hope to see more work from you.

The movie starts very nice with a cool fast part which I like
very much but the font and effects style of "AND" "DER4TWU
presents" dont looks so good to me.

Movie starts softly with an upcoming speed part -> that's my
thang baby! It's cool that u used a remix version from Erasus and
not a complete new song but this remix isn't my taste but no big
minus point

yesterday u said to me that brainwash was to fast but I saw here
fast parts where my eyes don't get the intense of the scene. Some
very hard and nice shots from good players but sometimes not so
good shots... I know some harder actions from Pros ;)

n1 movie but I'm lil bit disapointed from the creativity and in
my eyes ERASUS 1 was better maybe it's the music itself which
makes me feeling that the first part was better

This movie is a blast of creativity. Even though the intror
wasnt cinematographic, it did its job telling what the movie is
about. Tha’s when the frags start kicking in. This is by far one
of the best top players content ive ever seen. Moving on to the
transitions, they are definitely one of the high keys of this
movie. By being always very fast paced and full of movement, they
never let the adrenaline stop. The quality of the final output
was amazing, and was a pleasure to watch this movie. The syncing
is also a great feature in this movie, and as expected from a
movie by der4twu, its just intense and flawless. Every major
beat is perfectly synced with a shot, cut, effect and
transitions. Erasus certainly created a high expectation, but its
sequel definitely was able to live up to them. Great job by der4twu!

Nice intro really enervating, Love the Terrorists' fly, really
anticipated a lot.
the entire movie showed the raw skill of the best players out
there perfect slomo's or speed-ups. No doubt about the
soundtrack, that's just 10/10. I missed a playerbar though,
could've done something with nationalities or etc. Nice outro
with classy text , definatly top notch movie.

gj der4twu, some cuts were a little too hard for my liking, and
the pace was a little too fast for my liking; apart from that a
really enjoyable movie with some good editing, nice colours, and
sick content. Still not sure if it lives up to the first, and the
song has become slightly jaded even if it is a remix! Some of the
titles looked a little bit rough in the intro/outro but didnt
take much away, all in all a good movie and good successor to
Erasus, gj

I was really looking forward to Erasus 2, but was it really that
good?
The frags are flawless, pure skill, and the editing sweet. But I
cant really say that it lived up to the hype.
Nonetheless, awesome movie.

My personal review, I think this movie is great but unlike the
first movie this was expected. It felt too much like the first
movie, and when der4twu released 'Erasus' it was an overnight
success. A virtually unknown producer came in with an unused
track and used alot of really great frags. When I saw this for
the first time I expected most of it, and that element of
surprise was kind of ruined. Good movie, but in my eyes not as
good as the first movie given the time that it was released.

I can definitely say I like the first one better. The problem
with this is the remix isn't as good and when you sync to the
remix a lot of the kills aren't even too noticable they happen so
quick. The editing and color settings were definitely the best
part to this but the frags weren't as enjoyable.

To start off I would like to congratulate der4twu for his first
production under Steamworks name. I loved the first Erasus movie
that came out, and was in high anticipation for this to come out.
Unfortunately when I saw that the same soundtrack, yet slightly
remixed, was going to be used, I was somewhat disappointed. I
agree that Erasus has been used to many frag movies (7 to be
exact) but nonetheless this was done exceptionally well. Although
there was no type of new ideas used in this film, the break style
editing was done very nicely and everything synced perfectly. The
frags were of the top players in the US/EU so giving it below a 9
would be illogical. Overall this was a great film and I can't
wait for der4twu to produce another film.

better then Incorp.2 . The frags arent that amzing.

Liked the movie alot, the frags were amazing but the same old frags used
in every movie. Am not sure about the soundtrack because its just a remix
of the same song in erasus 1. But overal i really good movie

The Intro wasn't that fantastic I was a lil bit dissapointed
because the whole movie is full of creativity and the intro is so
"standard"
The synch was just as amazing as the clean but powerfull edit.
The Soundtrack was very special but exactly my taste.
The quality is sick but not the best, but overall one of the most
entertaining movies so far!
The outro was very calm and reflected this part of the song very
well.
